How the power score works

Each club is graded on weighted sections — offense (5-on-5 and power play), defense, goaltending, coaching, overtime, schedule strength and roster construction among them — and every metric is compared across the league before the sections are combined into one power score. Movement columns compare stored daily snapshots, so 7D and 30D describe the same numbers the app charts.

Scores are recomputed after each game day and are independent of the official standings.
